Vice-mayor - Wang Anyi
Duties:In charge of affairs involving education, ethnic, religion, culture, broadcasting and television, sports, foreign affairs, overseas Chinese affairs, archives, local chronicles, women and children, and disabled persons’ federation.
In charge of Bureau of Education, Ethnic Affairs Commission(Religious Affairs Bureau), Bureau of Culture, Broadcasting, Television, Press, and Publication(Sports Bureau), Foreign(Overseas Chinese, and Hong Kong and Macao ) Affairs Office, Bureau of Archives, Local Chronicles Offices, Working Committee on Children and Women, Disabled Persons’ Federation, Lu’an Vocational Technical College, West Anhui Health Vocational College, and Lu’an Broadcasting College.
In charge of contact with united front work, Federation of Literary and Art Circles, Federation of Social Science Circles, Women’s Federation, Lu’an Radio and Television, People’s Association for Friendship with Foreign Countries, Overseas Chinese Federation, West Anhui University, and Anhui Vocational College of Defense Technology.
Biography  
  Wang Anyi, male, ethnic Han, native of Shouxian County of Anhui Province, was born in Mar. 1966. He has bachelor degree with highest diploma of Master of Laws. At present, he is Vice Mayor of Lu’an Municipal People’s Government and the chairman of Lu’an Commission of Revolutionary Committee of Chinese Kuomintang.
  From Sept. 1983 to Jul. 1987, he studied in Department of Law of Anhui University. From Jul. 1987 to Feb. 1988, he worked in notary lawyer section of Lu’an Prefecture Bureau of Justice. In Feb. 1988 to May 1993, he was the lawyer responsible for Lu’an Prefecture Legal Counsel Office (duration: from May 1992 to May 1993, he took the temporary position in Taoxi Town of Shucheng County). From May 1993 to May 1998, he worked in Lu’an Prefecture Law Affairs Center, also known as Lu’an Hualong Law Office. He was awarded the title of “The Excellent Lawyer in Anhui” twice in 1996 and 1997 respectively. And in Sept. 1996, he studied in the training course for senior criminal defense lawyer organized by Ministry of Justice. From May 1998 to Jan. 2001, he was appointed the Deputy Director General of Lu’an Prefecture Bureau of Justice, which was then Lu’an Municipal Bureau of Justice. From Jan. 2001 to Apr. 2005, he was the Director of the Bureau (duration: from Oct. 1999 to Jul. 2002, he studied in teaching center belonging to Anhui University and obtained Master of Law; from Nov. 2002 to Mar. 2003, he took part in the training course for chief Party and government officials in Anhui Province who were ready to the United States). From Mar. 2005 to Apr. 2008, he was the vice chairman of Lu’an CPPCC and the Director of Lu’an Municipal Bureau of Justice. From Apr. 2005 to Jun. 2009, he was the vice chairman of Lu’an CPPCC and Deputy Chief Procurator of Lu’an Municipal People's Procuratorate. From Jun. 2009 till now, he is Vice Mayor of Lu’an Municipal People’s Government. In Jan. 2011, he become the chairman of Lu’an Commission of Revolutionary Committee of Chinese Kuomintang.
